Location: Vajrahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru (On-site – Metro Accessible via Green Line)
Stipend: ₹10,000 / month
Duration: 4 Months (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Bengaluru! This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Assist with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating schedules, and tracking interview pipelines.

Onboarding & HR Operations: Support new hire onboarding, document verification, and the maintenance of HR databases.

Administrative Support: Assist the core HR team with daily operational tasks and employee query resolution.

Requirements

Recent graduate in HR, MBA, BBA, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
High level of integrity, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Must be able to commute to our office in Vajrahalli, Bengaluru.
