Minimum 3–4 months of prior HR Internship/Work Experience is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintaining recruitment databases and HR records.
Supporting onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Assisting in day-to-day HR operations.
