We’re Hiring | HR Interns – Learning & Development

Are you an HR student or aspiring HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development within a leading infrastructure organisation?

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team at our Jaipur Corporate Office.

What You’ll Get Exposure To:
Learning & Development processes and HR interventions
Training needs identification and training coordination
Employee learning programs and training interventions
Learning Management System (LMS) operations
Training data, MIS and documentation
Employee engagement and capability-building initiatives
Support in designing and coordinating learning content and programs
Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams

Location: Jaipur – Corporate Office
Internship Duration: 6–9 Months
Stipend: Stipend-based internship
Function: Human Resources – Learning & Development

Who Can Apply?
Students/recent graduates pursuing MBA/PGDM or other relevant HR/management programs, with a strong interest in HR, Learning & Development and employee capability building.
