Position: HR Intern
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Duration: 3-6 months
Work Mode: On-site
💼 What you'll work on
-Designing and updating job descriptions
-Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms
-Screening resumes and applications
-Coordinating and scheduling interviews
-Conducting initial candidate screening
-Preparing and managing recruitment assignments and tests
-Posting job openings across relevant platforms
-Creating candidate shortlists for hiring managers
-Coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders
-Supporting offer rollouts and onboarding
-Maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates
-Assisting with future hiring requirements and recruitment activities
🔍 What we're looking for
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science (Prefered)/Human Resources
-Sound understanding of HR and recruitment processes
-Familiarity with MS Office and GSuite
-Understanding of candidate sourcing techniques
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Good proficiency in English
-A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
