Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Assist in HR operations, MIS reporting, and administrative tasks
Who Can Apply?
• MBA (HR) students or recent graduates with HR specialization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment
Internship Details
• Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
• Duration: 2 Months
• Practical exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR
