🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Source and screen relevant candidate profiles
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Assist with salary negotiations and offer discussions
Maintain recruitment trackers and support day-to-day HR activities
🎓 Who Can Apply?
2026 pass-outs or candidates currently pursuing their studies
Candidates who are available for the next 3 months
MBA (HR) candidates preferred
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a keen interest in HR & Recruitment
🎓 Internship Completion Certificate:
Selected candidates will receive an HCLTech Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
