📍 Job Details
Role: HR Intern (Recruitment)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Stipend: Performance-Based Incentives (No Fixed Stipend)

🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

✅ Eligibility
* Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of recruitment (training will be provided).
* Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
