📌 About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to build practical experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Post job openings and manage candidate applications.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Coordinate with team members to understand hiring requirements.
Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
