#Job Responsibilities

* Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
* Conducting telephonic and initial HR interviews.
* Coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.
* Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility

**HR Intern**

* Graduates, pursuing graduates, MBA HR students, or freshers.
* Good communication and learning attitude.

**HR Recruiter**

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

#Salary (CTC)

**₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month**
(Depending on position, experience, skills, and performance.)
