✅ Support end-to-end onboarding activities and new joiner documentation.

✅ Assist in employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.

✅ Support reference checks and background verification activities.

✅ Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HRMS data.

✅ Handle employee queries and support HR helpdesk activities.

✅ Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth execution of HR operational processes.

✅ Work on HR reports, MIS, and process improvement initiatives.

✔ MBA (HR) students looking for internship opportunities.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.

✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
