💼 Role: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
🏢 Company: IndiaMART
📍 Location: Daryaganj, Delhi
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
✅ Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
✅ Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
✅ Maintain and update candidate records
✅ Handle candidate documentation and collect documents required for the hiring process
✅ Support candidate verification and documentation processes
✅ Work on recruitment portals and maintain candidate data
✅ Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
✅ Gain practical exposure to the end-to-end hiring process

Who Can Apply?
🎓MBA (HR) students with minimum 80% in 10th and 12th
🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
⚡ Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
