What You Will Do-

1. Recruitment & Sourcing:Assist with talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

2. Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute exciting internal initiatives and workplace events.

3. HR Operations:Manage data, maintain trackers, and handle day-to-day HR administrative operations.

4. Onboarding Support: Facilitate a seamless joining and orientation experience for new hires.

5. Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training programs and collecting feedback.

🎓Who We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in HR (MBA / PGDM / MSW / BBA).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• A proactive, enthusiastic learner ready to take ownership.

• Duration: 1 to 6 months (Full-Time, On-site in Chennai).
