Human Resources Intern

I am looking for an HR intern for my team who can join immediately.
📍 Location: Medanta, Gurgaon
💼 Role: HR Intern
⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source and screen candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
Gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

🎓 Who Can Apply?
MBA/PGDM – HR students or graduates.
MHA / Master’s in Hospital Administration candidates.
Graduates with a strong interest in HR.
Candidates with basic MS Excel knowledge.
Freshers and candidates with prior internship experience are welcome.
