HR Intern – Recruitment, Onboarding & Employer Branding 📍 Sector 63, Noida | 🌙 Night Shift (US Time Zone) | Internship
About the Role We're looking for an HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding for a fast-moving US-facing team. This is an in-office role, night shift, aligned with US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires (documentation, welcome process, first-week coordination)
Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines/ATS records
Contribute to organisational/employer branding initiatives — LinkedIn presence, careers content, culture posts
Support HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations and reporting
Who We're Looking For
Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working night shift in sync with US time zone
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple candidates/tasks at once
Prior internship/project exposure to HR or recruitment is a plus
