​Key Responsibilities

​Sourcing & Screening: Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing relevant profiles through job portals, campus networks, and databases.

​Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across various departments and branches.

​Onboarding Support: Help manage documentation, background verification, and joining formalities for new hires.

​HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR trackers, and assist with daily administrative workflows.

​Engagement & Communication: Coordinate internal employee engagement activities and address basic employee queries.

​Eligibility Criteria

​Education: MBA / PGDM in HR, or Any Graduate with a keen interest in Human Resources.

​Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic MS Office (Excel, Word), and good interpersonal abilities.

​Age Limit: 26 years or below.

​Experience: Open to freshers and recent graduates.

​Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to work in Delhi or Mumbai.
