💼 What You'll Do

✅ Source and screen candidates through various job portals and platforms
✅ Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants
✅ Assist in onboarding new interns and team members
✅ Maintain candidate databases and HR records
✅ Support employee engagement and team coordination activities
✅ Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
✅ Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and coordination abilities

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
