Niftel Communications is hiring 15 HR aspirants for exciting Work From Office (WFO) opportunities in Lucknow.

📍 Location: Surajdeep Complex, D Block, Jopling Road, Lucknow
📅 Walk-in Drive: 25th–30th August

◾Open Opportunities
HR Intern — 3 months | ₹8,000 stipend
HR Extern — 45 days | ₹5,000 stipend
Field Recruitment Intern — ₹8,000 + performance incentives

◾What You’ll Do
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial calls
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate documentation
Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, field hiring, and walk-in mobilisation
Learn end-to-end recruitment and talent-acquisition processes
High-performing interns and externs may be considered for permanent employment opportunities based on performance and business requirements.

Recent graduates and candidates from HR/business backgrounds with strong communication skills and basic MS Office knowledge are encouraged to apply.
