Pehchaan The Street School (Trust) is seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Intern to support our human resources department in managing various HR functions and operations. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and an insight into real-world HR administration in a non-profit organization while making their contribution to a meaningful cause.

Here is exactly what the journey looks like,
Key Responsibilities: As an HR Intern, you will be working closely with the HR team on diverse tasks, which includes:
1. Posting jobs on Job portal.
2. Screening resumes and short-listing the candidates.
3. Scheduling interviews for selected candidates.
4. Assisting in onboarding and further procedures through the tenure of an applicant.
5. Maintaining the HR databases and weekly feedbacks.
6. Conducting team building activities for engagement.
7. Participating in trainings conducted by Pehchaan.

The skills you need to bring:
1. Communication skills.
2. Negotiation Skills.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office skills.
4. Enthusiastic to learn and contribute to the organization.

The logistics:
💻 Internship Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
⏳ Duration: 3 months
💰 Stipend: Unpaid
