🎓 Education: MBA – Final Year / Recent Graduate
🎓 Eligible Batch: 2025 & 2026
👨‍💼 Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
🗣️ Languages: Telugu – Fluent | English – Good Communication
💰 Salary/Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and candidate sourcing activities
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct HR screening interviews for candidates
• Take and evaluate HR rounds/interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams
• Conduct candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate and recruitment records
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Coordinate with different teams for HR-related activities
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

👤 We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

✔ MBA final-year student or recent MBA graduate
✔ 2025 or 2026 batch
✔ Interested in building a career in HR & Recruitment
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confident in conducting candidate interactions and interviews
✔ Strong follow-up and organizational skills
✔ Proactive and willing to learn
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Telugu & English communication skills
