🔍 What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
• Coordinate interviews & follow-ups
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Update recruitment trackers/ATS
• Understand client requirements and hiring strategies
• Support offers and joining formalities

✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Good follow-up & coordination skills
✔️ Target-oriented mindset
✔️ Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
✔️ Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔️ Laptop + stable Wi-Fi connection
