RSIS International – International Publication House is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana.

📍 Location: AltF Success Tower, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana
🕐 Employment Type: Full-time

🎓 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Assist with joining, onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and attendance data.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining MS Excel / Google Sheets trackers.
Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Assist the HR team with routine administrative tasks.

🔹 Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
