About the Organisation:

Sai Sukh Hari Foundation is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in Human Resources. During this 45-day internship, you will work under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader and develop hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition skills while contributing to the organisation's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Post job vacancies on LinkedIn and other designated platforms.
Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process by addressing their queries and providing updates.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Onboard selected candidates into the organisation and ensure a smooth joining process.
Maintain recruitment records and coordinate with the Team Leader whenever required.
