Position: HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational outreach while helping you develop practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Screen and review candidate profiles.
✅ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
✅ Maintain records and databases of selected candidates.
✅ Prepare HR reports, documentation, and presentations.
✅ Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
✅ Create and manage job postings.
✅ Participate in virtual HR meetings and maintain meeting notes and follow-up actions.
✅ Conduct research on HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and industry trends.
✅ Assist in organizational outreach, awareness campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
✅ Support fundraising and outreach activities by identifying potential contributors and promoting campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Goal-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
