Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain employee and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding and documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations
Maintain HR data and reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with candidates and employees for HR-related requirements.
