Shah Equity is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of recruitment and hiring activities
Source and screen candidates through various platforms
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation
Coordinate with different teams when required
Handle basic HR and office administrative tasks
Support senior team members with day-to-day HR activities
Complete assigned tasks within timelines
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all HR activities
🔹 Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, BBA, MBA, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Responsible, organized, and proactive approach
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with candidates and team members
Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in HR are encouraged to apply
