Share India Fincap Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team at Noida Sector 64.
🔹 Position: HR Intern
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 64
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
🎓 Eligibility: Students interested in building a career in HR
📌 Performance-based role/extension may also be considered based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain HR records and reports
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Basic knowledge of HR processes
✅ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge
