🎓 Eligibility: MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BBM, or any Graduate pursuing/completed a degree with an interest in HR

🗓️ Duration: 3–6 Months
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
⚡ Joining: Immediate Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding, document verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and employee records.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and onboarding documents.
Assist with attendance tracking, HRMIS updates, and day-to-day HR operations.
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through LinkedIn and job portals.
Who Can Apply?
MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BBM, or Graduates interested in Human Resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
