**Stafi (TriTech Innovations Pvt. Ltd.)** is looking for passionate and motivated **HR Interns** to join our Talent Acquisition team.

📍 **Location:** Hyderabad (On-site)
🕒 **Internship Duration:** 3Months
📅 **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred
💼 **Opportunity:** Full-time employment based on performance

### **Key Responsibilities:**

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
✅ Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
✅ Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
✅ **Build and maintain relationships with sub-vendors and staffing partners**
✅ Coordinate with sub-vendors for profile submissions and follow-ups
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring documentation
✅ Support end-to-end IT recruitment activities

### **Eligibility:**

* MBA (HR), BBA, or Any Graduate interested in HR & Recruitment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and LinkedIn
* Strong willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
