🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities
• Learn and support basic HR operations and documentation

🔹 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers / Recent Graduates
✅ MBA/PGDM – HR or BBA/B.Com/BA graduates preferred
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Comfortable working in a target-oriented recruitment environment
