What you’ll own:
• Support end-to-end recruitment for Lenskart Academy hiring
• Screen candidate profiles and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers, and hiring data
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to interview

Who we’re looking for:
• Final-year students or recent graduates interested in Talent Acquisition and HR
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
• Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
