✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media
✔ Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
✔ Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
✔ Follow up with candidates for joining and onboarding
✔ Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records
✔ Learn end-to-end recruitment process

🎯 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers / Final-year students / Recent graduates
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel & LinkedIn is a plus
✅ Quick learner with positive attitude
