🕒 Duration: 6 Months (Paid Internship)
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | On-site
What you'll work on:
• Candidate sourcing and pipeline management
• Screening profiles and coordinating interviews
• Stakeholder and candidate communication
• Campus hiring initiatives
• Recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Employer branding and talent engagement activities
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has excellent communication and coordination skills
✔ Is passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition/HR
✔ Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔ Is available to join immediately
✔ Has completed MBA (preferred)
✔ Has prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition (preferred)

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at WPP Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
