Internship Details:

Location: Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months (Performance-based Full-Time Opportunity)
Stipend: Up to 10,000 per month
Eligibility: Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location Preference: Mumbai-based candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruitment Intern

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Support candidate follow-ups and onboarding activities.

HR Operations Intern

Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
Coordinate employee documentation and administrative activities.
Prepare HR reports and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility & Skills:

Any Graduate (Freshers Welcome).
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
