TechWorld Technology is seeking a motivated and professional HR Intern to join our team at Wakad, Pune.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the HR function and gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, People Management and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams
• Assist HR Managers with day-to-day people management
• Support employee engagement and performance management
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Assist in HR administration, policies and internal processes
