Responsibilities

*Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
*Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
*Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
*Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
*Support daily HR operations and onboarding activities.
*Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.

Requirements

*Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Immediate joiners preferred.
*Freshers are welcome to apply.
