• Coordinate attendance, leave & HR processes
• Support employee engagement activities & events
• Maintain HR data, reports & MIS

• MBA/PGDM in HR or any graduate with an interest in HR
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Workspace
• Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
