We are looking for a sharp, analytical and curious HR Intern who will work closely with the HR Head on strategic HR projects. This is not a traditional HR internship. You will get an opportunity to work on solving real business and people problems.
What you will work on:
🔹 Time, process and Role study to identify productivity and efficiency opportunities
🔹 Identifying process gaps, bottlenecks and duplication
🔹 Mapping current processes and recommending improvements
🔹 Data analysis and creating insights
🔹 Tracking key HR projects, action items and implementation
What we are looking for:
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets
✅ Structured thinking and attention to detail
✅ Someone who loves asking “Why do we do it this way?” and finding better ways to do things
✅ MBA/PGDM students specializing in HR
