• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other platforms
• Build and maintain professional connections with candidates
• Communicate with candidates and understand their career interests
• Screen candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate interactions
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support the recruitment team in closing positions
