- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Build and maintain professional connections with candidates
- Communicate with candidates and understand their career interests
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interactions
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support the recruitment team in closing positions
