We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
• Support the onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment-related activities.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks.
🔹 Requirements
• Any Graduate / MBA HR / PGDM HR / pursuing final-year students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
