🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

🎓 Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
