Human Resources Intern

**We're Hiring | HR Intern | Jaipur (Work from Office)**

YeppAr is looking for enthusiastic and motivated **HR Interns** to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across key HR functions while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and MIS.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
• Pursuing or recently completed **MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, or a related discipline**.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.
