🔹 What you'll do:
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and interview coordination
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
• Maintain HR records, reports, and recruitment trackers
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives

🔹 What we're looking for:
✔ MBA (HR) students or recent graduates passionate about Human Resources
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good organizational and coordination abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a collaborative environment
✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced workplace
