Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation activities for new hires.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Learn and understand various technologies such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud, and Software Development to support IT hiring.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn IT recruitment and emerging technologies.
Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in Human Resources.
