📌 Role Overview
Location: Bangur Avenue, Kolkata (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months (High PPO potential based on performance)

⚙️ What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Screening: Find IT & SAP talent using LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
Candidate Engagement: Schedule interviews and drive candidate communications.
HR Operations: Help with onboarding, background checks, and recruitment trackers (MIS).
Talent Branding: Draft compelling outreach messages, job posts, and JD summaries.

🎯 Who Should Apply
Freshers, recent graduates, or final-year students (BBA/MBA HR is a plus).
Based in or easily commutable to Bangur Avenue (VIP Road / Lake Town / Salt Lake / Dum Dum).
Excellent spoken & written English skills with a polished professional presence.
Comfortable with MS Excel, Email, and LinkedIn.
