This is a fully remote (Work From Home) role where you will get hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

📌 Role Details:
Position: HR Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore (Must be currently residing in Bangalore)
Work Type: Work From Home (WFH)
Experience: Fresher (We love hunger to learn and high energy!)
Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (In-hand) + massive learning & growth opportunities

🔍 What you will be doing:
Sourcing and engaging candidate profiles through various online job portals and social media.
Conducting screening interviews, evaluating candidates, and shortlisting talent.
Managing job postings and coordinating end-to-end hiring workflows.
Collaborating with team leads to understand future hiring pipelines.

💼 What we are looking for:
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
A highly organized mindset and a sharp judgment of talent.
A laptop/PC with a reliable, high-speed internet connection at home.
