We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a leading FMCG organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with employee documentation and record management
• Support HR operations activities
• Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Coordinate with employees and stakeholders for HR-related activities
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Support administrative HR tasks as required
Eligibility Criteria:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Eagerness to learn and work in a corporate environment
This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations and corporate HR practices within the Foods Business Division.
