Kangaroo Alphabet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to help us build our team and establish strong HR processes from the ground up.
This is a remote internship where you'll gain practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, documentation, employee onboarding, and startup culture while working directly with the founding team.

💼 About the Role
As an HR Operations Intern, you'll be involved in the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring to onboarding and maintaining HR records.
You'll work on real business operations, not dummy assignments.

✅ Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
✅ Scheduling interviews
✅ Candidate communication via Email & LinkedIn
✅ Managing interview calendars
✅ Preparing offer letters and internship letters
✅ Employee onboarding process
✅ Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
✅ Company policy and HR document management
✅ Organizing digital files and HR folders
✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
✅ Supporting internal HR processes
✅ Coordinating with different teams
