๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Support end-to-end onboarding and employee documentation
โข Maintain employee records and HRMS data
โข Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
โข Prepare HR reports and MIS
โข Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
โข Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
โข Ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant
โข Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team

โข MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PGDM (HR) graduates or final-year students available for a full-time internship
โข Good communication and interpersonal skills
โข Basic knowledge of HR operations and MS Excel
โข Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources
โข Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred

- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos โ a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds โ education, one standout achievement, why this role โ instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
