We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations (Onboarding Specialist) to join our team.
📍 Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Qualification - Graduation or MBA
💰 CTC: Up to ₹2.50 LPA
📅 Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
• Verification of candidate documents and onboarding records
• Coordinating with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Collecting and validating required documents within defined timelines
• Managing candidate joining formalities and onboarding activities
• Ensuring onboarding tasks are completed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding processes
• Ensuring professionalism, compliance, and data confidentiality at all times
• Effective time management and task prioritization
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
✔ Professional attitude and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HR operations processes
